Legend contracting is the real deal. They have never failed to perform or meet expectations. They in fact exceeded all of our expectations and are very trust worthy. Thank you Samuel

We used Legend Contracting to build our barndominium in Stockton, Missouri. Samuel and his team was great to work with through the entire project. Samuel was always professional and responsive and delivered a home that exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and timeliness. Legend Contracting was a partner during the build and frequently offered recommendations to improve the original design. We appreciated his honesty, patience, flexibility, integrity, and perfectionism. He was just as vested in the success of the build as we were. Even after the project was over, Samuel jumped through hoops to complete cumbersome paperwork requirements to help ensure my VA loan was approved. I highly recommend Legend Contracting for your home building needs.

Samuel and his team at Legend Contracting did a great job on our “retreat” house. Although I have heard horror stories about contractors and supply chain issues since COVID, such was not the case with our build. Sam and his team worked from start to finish with very few delays along the way. The quality of his work was exceptional, and he was responsive to the few changes we made along the way. His workmanship was exceptional, and he built my wife and me a superb little getaway home. If you want a building team that is focused on integrity and quality, look no further than Legend Contracting!

Samuel and his team at Legend Contracting did an amazing job on making our dream come true with the build of our forever home in Stockton, Missouri. They built our home from the ground up start to finish. Samuel was great to work with and willing to jump through the hoops the bank would require on the paperwork. We appreciated his patience, professionalism, and expertise on this journey with a beautiful outcome of our home. Samuel communicated with us through the whole process. He gave great suggestions. The team went above and beyond to make sure our home was built with perfection. We tell everyone about the greatness of Legend Contracting. We recommend them to anyone.

Sam removed a load bearing wall to extend our living room . He added a recessed beam , moved light switches and plugs , moved electrical wiring and finished with dry wall . He was super fast ! I was out of town the day he finished it from start to finish ! He sent photos of the process and communicated very well . from the time I contacted him about getting it done to it being done was about a week and a half ! Very trustworthy , courteous and kind . Will be using their services again ! Thank you !

This was the second job they did for us, and once again they performed above and beyond expectations. This will not be the last job they do for us. They were on there when they said they would be, and they did a very professional job. Thank you again Loz and Legend.

Samuel, David and the rest of the crew were great to work with. They framed my entire house and installed the exterior siding. They were fast and efficient. Their attention to detail was excellent. They were always on-site when promised and completed the project ahead of schedule. I would not hesitate to hire Legend contracting for projects in the future.

I had them 8-10 roofs for us(church camp) All were metal except for 1. These guys come in and get things done right now. Most importantly David was in constant contact with me letting me know when they would be there. He always sent pictures when completed. Very professional and personal. I would recommend them to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

They enclosed a carport, added a small room to connect house to garage and covered my patio! I could not have been happier with the work this group did for me! I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again for any future projects.

They did a great job, very professional

This contractor was extremely kind very informative and extremely honest with what he was telling me especially in the building business during the covid-19 pandemic... When I asked him about building he said he would be happy to help me in any way possible... And that he was currently booked up... But assured me that he could get the job done in the very near future also telling me that prices possibly will drop by fall in lumber... Which could contribute to a discount... So although I wasn't able to use this contractor at this time because of his kind words in extreme honesty I would highly recommend this company.

These guys are great! Modest, fast, efficient, and clean up really good! I most definitely recommend!

Samuel and his crew with Legend Contracting are finishing our home in Stockton, Missouri as we speak. Samuel was super professional and easy to work with from day one, giving us a detailed and researched quote of every aspect of the building process so we knew what we could afford. Everyone showed up on time and the quality of work was top notch. Everyone took a lot of pride in their work and it showed. Samuel was always easy to get ahold of with any questions or concerns we had. This was our first experience using a contractor and we will definitely be referring them to friends and family.
